Mani and his team have taken up the Cuisine Cinnamon location from friend, Gladston, to continue to bring authentic Sri Lankan dishes to the area. Mani is no stranger to providing delicious food as he has a restaurant in Edmonton and provides wholesale dosa batter to a variety of outlets. A must try is the dosa, an Indian take on crepes or pancakes that is filled with spicy potatoes or paneer or chutney. Call for a reservation. Catering is available as well.
